The perk of you cutting them out is the paper holds up extremely well during your printing. The thick card stock holds up to the blade. I didn't want you to get them and wonder what the secret is to cut out the perfect square. I did a few hand cuts of the squares without trying to do it perfectly. I found scissors to cut them out and then a utility knife to cut out the square (if needed) works well.
